This work was selected for the 2018 Molly Morpeth Canaday 3D Award finalist show. This work is made by casting the interior shape of all the discarded plastic containers collected at Waitangi Regional Park in one afternoon. The invisible interior space of these containers is made visible. In a sense, this visibility becomes a metaphor for the permanence of the damage of the plastic and embodies its real significance.
